At Eloquence Style TT we guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange your item(s) for some reason, we are here to help.

We offer returns or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund of the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted/Sale items and Accessories are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

- Returned items must have no visible signs of being worn, used, washed, damaged or misused.

Please note, shipping costs to return items are at the customer’s expense.
